The Preliminary Round Entry you submit MUST

• Follow the format specified
• Be legible
• Clearly communicate the function and objective of your toy or game to the judges
• All Submissions will be judged on

• Creativity
• Engineering
• Feasibility
• Design Process
• Team Participation
• Clarity of Communication

All submissions must be safe to produce and use and not include (for example) live animals, toxic fluids or substances, or sharp points.
