Don't forget the following when mailing your PRE:
1 Signed Coach's Affirmation
1 Signed Original Parental Waivers for each team member
(no copies or faxes of waivers accepted)
5 copies of Your Preliminary Round Entry, consisting of 6 sections
Section 1: The Toy or Game (No more than 1/2 page)
Section 2: How Does it Work? (No more than 1/2 page)
Section 3: Your Team (No more than 1/2 page)
Section 4: The Design Process (No more than 2 pages)
Section 5: Photos and/or Sketches of your Toy or Game (No more than 2 pages)
Section 6: PRE Expenses.
Your TEAM ID # written on the top of every page
Mail PRE's, stapled together to:

Expenses
I was wondering (after I sealed the envelope) if I was supposed to sign the expense report if my team had no receipts and used only recycle or donated materials. Originally I thought the coaches signed form would cover this. I didn't want to be the reason for being disqualified after they worked so hard. Will they contact me if there is something wrong with our PRE?
