White House Star Party

On Wednesday evening, October 7, 2009, President and Mrs. Obama teamed up with NASA to host a Star Party for 150 middle school students on the South Lawn of the White House. At the event Sally Ride participated in an open interview, facilitated by NASA, where she fielded questions submitted via Facebook and Twitter.
