I was wondering (after I sealed the envelope) if I was supposed to sign the expense report if my team had no receipts and used only recycle or donated materials. Originally I thought the coaches signed form would cover this. I didn't want to be the reason for being disqualified after they worked so hard. Will they contact me if there is something wrong with our PRE?


Hi Dian,
Thank you for contacting us. According to the coach handbook: you must submit the expenses list along with a record of donated materials, plus all receipts (signed off by the coach). Please ensure all receipts are firmly attached (i.e. stapled) to the section. If you have not spent any money, please specify this for us,
so we know you have not left out a section of your entry.
If you don't have any receipts then you are fine, just as long as you mentioned the items donated/recycled that were used thus far in your PRE.
